Li Galli Restaurant’s fine-dining offerings are a taste of the sublime in a dream setting with sky-meets-sea views. The food here is rooted in local Campanian culinary traditions, and utilizes the produce of the land, including fruit and vegetables ripened under the Mediterranean sun, fresh seafood caught in the bay and meat from the nearby hills.

The kitchen is headed up by Executive Chef Savio Perna and his talented culinary team. They worked in collaboration with multi-starred Michelin Chef Nino di Costanzo to craft a masterful menu that is at once innovative and yet still true to Campania traditions.

HVF Villa Franca Positano has always strived to transfer to its guests the pleasures of hospitality, which also lie in the territorial enogastronomy - one of the most important values of our land.
Today we are proud to announce the collaboration with multi-starred Michelin chef Nino Di Costanzo, one of the most representative spokesman of the Campania region gastronomy. Through this alliance, the value and the uniqueness of Li Galli Restaurant will be further enriched and taken to the next level.
As of this 2019 season, it will be possible to experience first-hand the combination of excellence between the renowned skills of Executive Chef Savio Perna and the valuable guidance and support of Nino Di Costanzo through the valorisation of produce as well as the interpretation of dishes with the only joined mission to excite the palate of our guests.

Every morning, guests are invited to the restaurant L'Incanto, located close to the lobby, from 07:30 to 11:00 to enjoy the most wonderful breakfast à la carte while admiring jaw-dropping views of Positano and the beach. Let the rising sun keep you company to start a wonderful day!!

Our sommeliers have carefully compiled a special selection of fine wines, specially chosen to complement Chef Savio Perna ’s Mediterranean flavors and to offer diners a selection not seen elsewhere on the Amalfi Coast. Li Galli Restaurant is open by reservation from April 1 through to October 31, with dinner served from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
